Neighborhood

Most of the apartments for rent in the Davis Tract neighborhood of San Leandro cluster toward the eastern side of the Nimitz Freeway. Small mid-century homes characterize the area, and this neighborhood sits right next to the San Leandro BART station, making for simple and affordable commutes to San Francisco and Silicon Valley.

Downtown San Leandro sits just to the east, and Davis Tract locals often head to the East 14th Street business district to run errands and enjoy a meal at the Paradiso Restaurant. At the western end of Davis Tract, the Oyster Bay Regional Shoreline lets locals get away from the city to enjoy spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay.
